Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services


Sorted IT Support provides IT troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair, consultations, and custom PC builds for home users and small businesses. Services are delivered onsite, remotely, or via consultation based on the customer’s request.


2. Service Guarantee


We aim to resolve all reported issues to the best of our ability. If we are unable to diagnose or resolve the problem, and no meaningful service was provided, you will not be charged (No Fix, No Fee applies to eligible services).


3. Customer Responsibilities


Ensure that all personal data is backed up before service begins. Provide accurate system information when booking services. Provide administrator access or passwords when necessary for diagnostics.


4. Data Loss & Liability


While every care is taken when handling your system, Sorted IT Support is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or hardware failure that occurs as a result of existing faults, malware, aging components, or during necessary repairs.


5. Parts & Hardware Disclaimer


We are happy to work with customer-supplied hardware or components, but cannot guarantee compatibility or reliability. No warranty is provided on customer-supplied parts.


6. Payment Terms


All services are payable before or upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Pricing is clearly stated prior to service.


Additional costs (e.g., parts, extended labour) will be quoted and approved before proceeding.


7. Cancellations & Rescheduling


Please notify us at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments may incur a call-out fee.


8. Privacy

We do not share your personal data with third parties. Your contact and system details are stored only for the purpose of completing your service or issuing invoices.


By requesting a service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
